General

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, all sales of The Label Agency products shall be made on the following terms and conditions.

These terms govern your purchase of any products from The Label Agency You agree to be bound by these terms when you purchase a product by your use of the website.

Other Fulfillment

Products purchased by you, are sold to you by  a The Label Agency and all services and communications referred to in these terms are provided by us or our third party service providers.  The sale of products to the customer shall be on a non-exclusive basis and The Label Agency shall have the right to sell the product to other parties at such prices and terms of sale without limitation on each occasion. All Customer orders are dependent on stock availability.  Any product which has sold out, and is to be re-ordered by The Label Agency , will automatically be back ordered for the customer. Any product which has sold out and will not be re-ordered again by The Label Agency will automatically be cancelled from the customers back order.

Pricing

Retail Pricing:

Prices displayed are retail rates and are inclusive of GST and freight
As this is primarily a wholesale based company The Label Agency reserves the right to charge a handling fee for low quantity orders.

Wholesale Clients and Shops:

As this is primarily a wholesale website, you will be required to provide The Label Agency Australia your registered business details including ABN Number to purchase from The Label Agency 
You will be required to create an account and once approved your login will be provided to you.
Once you have received your wholesale login you will be able to see and purchase at the wholesale rates.
Prices are exclusive of GST and Freight.

The minimum dollar spend is $350 then add the GST and Freight. Minimum order quantities apply to SALE items ONLY.

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard 
 

Delivery

The Label Agency will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your order to you within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of your order and payment.  Where you request for your order to be delivered to a non-metropolitan, remote or international address, your order may take up to five (5) working business days to be delivered to you.

We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post or any other third party that we, or our third party service provider, may engage to deliver the products to you.

Returns and Credits

All returns and credit please email thelabelagencyaus@gmail.com for approval. (please attach a photo of the product - Name of store - Address - Phone Number.

Items received faulty

Any goods purchased by the applicant from The Label Agency may only be returned should the items be faulty. The Label Agency will not return products simply because you have ‘changed your mind’. The Label Agency have to be contacted immediately, with code, price and invoice number of the faulty product, followed by something in writing either by fax or email for authorization.  Authorization will only take place once we receive a email in regards to the faulty item.

Customer returns – Faulty  

All our jewellery comes with a three (3) month warranty.
If you require an item to be repaired or replaced, you will need to contact The Label Agency immediately by email
The customer will need to complete a Repair/Replacement form.  The customers will need to provide an invoice number and date of purchase.  A photo of the item is also required and will need to be attached the Repair/Replacement form.
If items have to be sent back to The Label Agency they need an authorization number, otherwise the freight will be paid by the consumer.

After three (3) months and the warranty has expired:

The Label Agency reserve the right to make the final decision on items on replacement of the product.

Product Quality

To the extent permitted by law, your use of the website and product quality expectations is at your own risk.

You acknowledge that:

a)      The colours of the product may be different from how they appear on your computer screen or in other digital or hard copy forms.
b)      You warrant that your will not make any claim against us or our third party product suppliers if you are disappointed with the design or quality of the product, where such quality or design is beyond our reasonable control.
